Court Announcements

Alameda County Superior Court — The launch for Family Law, Mental Health and Probate eFiling has been pushed back to later this year. The court’s eFiling page notes eFiling for these case types is expected to launch mid-2023 and that mandates will take effect 6 weeks later.

El Dorado County Superior Court — Deployment for eFiling is planned for late April or early May 2023. At this time, specific information about case types or mandate dates is not available.

Kings County Superior Court — The court has set an approximate date of mid-April to transition to Journal Technologies, Inc. (JTI) as its electronic filing manager (EFM). LegalConnect will keep you apprised of further details when they become available.

Lake County Superior Court — The court has pushed back its eFiling launch from late February to this summer 2023. Currently no specific information is available regarding case types or mandate dates. As that information becomes available, LegalConnect will update you.

Sacramento County Superior Court — Deployment for eFiling is projected for early summer 2023. Currently, specific information about case types or mandate dates is not available.

Santa Clara County Superior Court — Effective immediately, Civil Arbitration Voucher form (CV-5062) has been updated and is available for use under Santa Clara County Superior Court’s forms page.
