Rate Increases

We will be performing a rate increase starting 10/1/24 for existing clients; some new clients are already paying the new prices. We don’t increase rates very often, but the increase in gas prices, which we haven’t addressed until now, as well as an increase in rates by many of our affiliates are requiring us too.

We’ll also be streamlining our pricing to increase productivity when it comes to invoicing:

We will no longer be adding on a credit card fee. Most of our clients pay by credit card anyway, so we’ll just be incorporating that into the new rates.

In the past we charged more for family law, unlawful detainers, serves requiring personal service only, and restraining orders. Restraining Orders will stay at $150. All others will be going to $90, an increase for some serves, and a decrease for others.

The first 50 pages of a job will still be free, but the per page cost over 50 will be increasing to $0.25
